All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during peak seasons, sales events, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Because we partner with trusted global suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Order Tracking

Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different suppliers or warehouses. This is normal and helps ensure faster delivery.
Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
